The sea side apartment is located in the heart of Agios Nikitas. It is just 15 meters from the beach and next to all restaurants, cafes and shops of the cosmopolitan destination. Its balcony holds you there, spending a lot of time gazing at the blue Ionian Sea.
The house can accommodate up to 6 guests. It has 2 bedrooms with en suit bathrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. It also has two sofa beds. The house has fully equipped kitchen in order to have the ability to prepare all your daily meals.
Due to the location of the house, in the center of the village, doesn’t have any available parking. For the parking you need to find a spot at the main road of the village, at the start of the pedestrian road.

Agios Nikitas Lefkada
Agios Nikitas is a tiny unique picturesque fishing village facing the open Ionian sea.
You can reach Agios Nikitas village easily following the main road from Lefkada town to the west coast. After parking your car, take the stone pedestrian street down to the little port. You will walk through the houses and small taverns while smelling the flowers and listening to the cicadas. A typical pleasant Greek summer atmosphere that will remain unforgettable.
Enjoy beautiful days during the months from April till October. This is also the best time to enjoy the azure water, enchanting landscape colors, the sunsets, the flowers, fragrance from the trees and euphoric atmosphere of this enchanting village.
